Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change offers many ways for the community to come together. There are sessions for improving your health and therapeutic support for your wellbeing, and we provide social groups, lunch clubs, creative and family activities so you can meet new people, learn new skills and share experiences with people from different walks of life.
What We Do
Help in Crisis
Basic needs and emergency advice and guidance for food, housing and homelessness, fuel, benefits, wellbeing and access to services.
Young People
Learning and work experience programmes for brave young people who can’t attend school or college but want to find a future path.
Coaching Conversations
One-to-one support with your wellness, learning or work journey. We will work with you to find out what matters to you and work together on your goals.
Family Support
Inclusive activities, with information, advice and guidance for all families in our local community to come together and support each other.
Digital Empowerment
Support for people to access IT equipment and learn the skills they need to use it with funding from The Access Foundation. Courses and workshops are held in St Austell and Redruth.
Clubs and Activities
Community-designed useful, and fun activities that bring people together to learn and share. Just Be;, Warm Tums, Cuppa Companions, and many more.
Co-Design
Working with people with lived experience to share their views, conduct enquiries and look at ways we can act on the results, designing solutions to social issues.
