Office hours:      8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Evening bookings are available at no extra cost.

Refreshments can be booked at a charge of 50p per head, or 40p per head if visitors make their own drinks in our ground floor kitchen area.

Catering can be organized for small or large groups and re-charged at cost.

The whole ground floor area has wi-fi access and powerpoint projectors and flipchart stands can be booked at no additional charge.

Name: Godrevy

Capacity: 30 theatre style, 24 boardroom, up to 40 for a more informal gathering

Features: This is a large spacious area with table and chair seating, cushioned benches and sofas.  It has a large plasma screen TV which can be used to deliver/run presentations.  There are a number of electric sockets and access to wi fi connection.  The room has full height glass doors overlooking a small garden and a magnificent piece of metal artwork called the Regenerator.  The room has a small, but fully functional kitchen off it, where refreshments can be made.

Usage:  This room is ideal for larger gatherings and for working

lunch or dinner

Rate: £20.00 per hour

Please note that this room forms part of the common area of the building and so it cannot be booked for exclusive use during working hours.  However, we have successfully run ‘working lunches’ from the area.  It is available for exclusive booking after 6pm.

Name: Eddystone

Capacity: This is a room with

5 pc’s and internet access.  It is open to anyone who wants to use this resource during office hours.  During office hours the room cannot be booked for exclusive use.  However, we do take bookings for day time, for example two work clubs are currently run from this room.

Features: This is a spacious room with work benches, pc’s and adjustable office chairs.  It has easy access to our kitchen area and an area where visitors can sit and have a drink of tea, coffee or eat a packed lunch.

Usage: This room is ideal for individuals wishing to use a pc to access their e-mails or research the internet.  It can be booked during the day (not exclusive use), or evenings, for groups wishing to run work clubs or IT courses.

Name: Longships

Capacity: This is our wet arts room, but can also accommodate up to 12 people boardroom style.

Features: This is an internal room with air conditioning.  Floor to ceiling internal windows allow natural light into the room and there is a sink in the corner of the room for use when the room is used for art activities.  It has floor to ceiling oak cabinets where art materials are stored.  There is easy access to the kitchen and dining areas.

Usage: We have successfully run a number of art courses from this room, including the making of mosaic mirrors, ceramic mobiles and felt making.  Equally, the room can be set up and used for small meetings.

Rate: £10.00 per hour

Name: Bishop Rock

Capacity: This is our largest room, seating up to 60 people theatre style.  The room has large sliding doors which can be used to split the room in half, either as a ‘break out’ zone or as two separate meeting rooms.

Features: The room has an interactive whiteboard, wi fi access, a large bay window with additional cushioned benches.  The room leads directly into the dining area or through full height glass oak doors into the central hallway.

Usage: This room is ideal for larger gatherings or for smaller meetings/courses when split in half.

Rate: £15.00 per hour or £10.00 per hour for half the room

Capacity: Meeting or boardroom with a capacity of 12 around 2 tables.

Features: Interactive whiteboard and wi fi access.

Usage: Ideal for smaller meetings/courses, not suitable for wet or messy activities.
