Employment support CN4C offers one-to-one employment support for adults. Help with goal setting and job search
We can help you unlock your potential and get the job that you deserve.
Learning and training CN4C delivers a great deal of learning in a wide range of subjects to meet all interests and needs. Much of the learning leads to recognised qualifications. All learning is delivered in the community by experienced, fully qualified tutors. Many learners with CN4C have gone onto further and higher qualifications, employment and community roles. CN4C also helps community organisations, residents associations and groups to develop the skills they need and provides support to enable those working for their communities to do so more effectively and confidently. Next Step CN4C offers a full Information, Advice and Guidance Service (IAG) through Next Step the national adult careers and advice service. This gives all adults the opportunity to talk face to face with an advisor about what their ‘next step’ may be, whether it is training, employment or a new role. You don’t need to be unemployed to get this help.
Work Clubs CN4C operates Work Clubs across Cornwall and provides a Support Service to Job Centre Plus. These are an opportunity to get help getting into work and training and to share experiences with other job seekers. Please contact us if you would like to attend and we’ll let you know where your nearest one is.
4Work ‘4Work’ is an employment agency operated by CN4C that offers employers in Cornwall temporary and permanent employment solutions.
Matrix Standard CN4C holds the matrix standard for providing information advice and guidance to adults.
